The Challenge

Users often feel overwhelmed by complex productivity apps with folders, tags, and priority settings. There was a need for a minimalist app that focuses on simplicity, reduces digital clutter, and helps users manage notes and tasks calmly without feeling burdened.

Our Solution

StartupSphare designed and built Whittle - Calm Note To-Do List, a minimalist productivity app. It uses a single-field input system and AI sorting to automatically classify entries as tasks, notes, or references. The daily view is strictly limited to five items to prevent overwhelm, and a weekly pruning ritual helps clear out irrelevant information. Notes and tasks are stored locally on the device for privacy, and voice capture with on-device transcription is supported.
